Crystal Palace fielded an offer from Tottenham for Wilfried Zaha last week, it has been revealed.
The Athletic says Palace were open to selling their star man before Thursday's transfer deadline.
Tottenham came in with a major bid on deadline day for Zaha, but an agreement couldn't be struck.
For his part, Zaha was also unsure about leaving the Eagles for Spurs.
