Tottenham are wrapping up a deal for Blackburn Rovers defender Adam Phillips.
The London Evening Standard says Spurs will pay 3m for the 18 year-old.
Phillips is set to undergo a medical in London over the next 24 hours and could then fly straight to Asia to join the Spurs squad on their pre-season tour.
The youngster broke into the Rovers first team last season, making eight Championship appearances.
At Spurs, management view Phillips as one for the future and do not expect an immediate senior impact.
