Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg admits Denmark's "character" can be questioned after defeat to Northern Ireland.
The Danes had already qualified for Euro2024, but were disappointing for last night's 2-0 defeat.
Hojbjerg said, "The qualification has not been pretty. But there I must praise our character and say that the matches where it has been a bit on the edge, or where it has not been so nice, we have still managed - with our character - to get the results home."
Therefore, Hbjerg was also asked if the character was present in the team on Monday evening in Belfast.
"Erh, that's a dangerous question.
"But I can say no when you lose a football match like that and with the way it happens. It was a little too easy for them."
