Tottenham midfielder Dejan Kulusevski has welcomed the arrival of Richarlison from Everton.
The Swede welcomes the increased competition.
Kulusevski said, "That's what it's all about. You have to show every day that you want to play the next game. You've got to go hard. That's how you push yourself, that's how you get better.
"For us in four competitions we have to have a lot of good players. I think all the new signings are quality. I think we are on a good path this season."
Asked if he surprised himself last season, he added: "Both yes and no. I knew I can play football, I knew my qualities, but I came from a really hard time where I didn't play for six months.
"So of course I was a little bit, you know… I know the Premier League is much faster and much stronger, but I got much help from the team, from the coach and the players, so I'm really grateful for them taking me in and letting me be myself."
