Tottenham attacking midfielder James Maddison has revealed a surprising fact this week.
The England international admitted that he had never heard of one of his new team-mates.
Maddison arrived at Spurs in the summer from Leicester City in a big money deal.
Chatting to former Premier League goalkeeper Ben Foster on Amazon Prime Video, he stated on goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario: We signed him. I hadn't obviously signed yet."
Maddison remembered: I was like 'who is he?' kind of thing. I'd never heard of him."
