Tottenham have opened talks with Leicester City for James Maddison.
The England international intends to leave the Foxes this summer following their relegation.
TalkSPORT says Spurs have now made an approach and been informed it will take 60m to sign Maddison.
Newcastle United are also interested in the midfielder.
The Toon failed with a January attempt, though will try again after qualifying for next season's Champions League.
