Tottenham duo Tanguy Ndombele and Davinson Sanchez will be coming off the club's wage bill.
The Spurs rejects, who are no longer a part of manager Ange Postecoglou's plans, are close to finding a new club.
Ndombele and Sanchez, per Fabrizio Romano, have an agreement with a European club.
They are both set to join Galatasaray before the Turkish transfer window closes.
Ndombele has not played yet under Postecoglou, while Sanchez has been a bench player.
Ndombele will be heading on loan, while Sanchez may be a permanent transfer.
