Tottenham assistant manager Cristian Stellini says Antonio Conte is expected back next week.
The Italian head coach is still currently recovering after having gallbladder surgery, which has seen him in and out of the Spurs dugout in recent weeks.
The 53-year-old missed his side's 2-0 London derby win against West Ham last week, and was absent again on Sunday as Spurs won another local clash against Chelsea thanks to goals from Harry Kane and Oliver Skipp.
Speaking after the game, Stellini told the BBC: "Our desire was this to win, play a great game and to fight for every ball and we are happy for the fans, the club and of course for us and Antonio who is still at home.
"My expectation is that Antonio [Conte] will be back this week."
Harry Kane also spoke of the absent manager after the win, as he told Sky Sports: "We want our manager to be there but we know he's doing the most important thing for him and his family.
"I'm sure he's jumping up and down around the living room. Its nice to keep winning while he's away."
