Tottenham striker Richarlison has announced he'll be fit for the World Cup.

Richarlison has revealed that his latest injury scare suffered against Everton won't rule him out of the upcoming Qatar World Cup.

The attacker was hooked during Spurs' 2-0 win over Richarlison's former club on Saturday and was visibly emotional as he left the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on crutches.

His hopes of featuring in next month's World Cup were immediately cast into doubt as the 25-year-old waited to discovery the extent of his calf injury.

Posting in Portuguese, Richarlison said: "Guys, thank God it was just a big scare! Two weeks and I'll be back! Thank you for your messages and affection."
