Tottenham are set to sign Chelsea Under-21s striker Jude Soonsup-Bell for their academy.
The North London club have been focusing a lot of their work on improving manager Antonio Conte's first team squad.
Now they have made a move to bolster their youth ranks, per the London Evening Standard.
Soonsup-Bell is highly rated at Chelsea, but wants to move on from the club to further his career.
The youngster will sign for a modest fee and will complete his medical in the coming days.
Spurs are hoping to put Soonsup-Bell straight into their Under-21s side, which has not been in the best of form.
