Tottenham winger Brennan Johnson was delighted being part of victory over FA Cup opponents Burnley.

A stunning goal from Pedro Porro earned Tottenham their 1-0 win.

Johnson later said: "I think we made it harder than it could have been. We could have finished off some chances better, we got into some good positions but the right decision probably wasn't made - decide to take a shot instead of pass or vice versa.

"At the end of the day it took an unbelievable strike from Pedro to take us into the next round which is where we wanted to be. No luck about the goal. Everyone who watches him every week knows the quality he has, especially on the ball.

"Sometimes he is too far out most weeks to get a shot on goal. But today he won the ball back high, drove with it and there wasn't too many options. He has the quality, he shoots a lot in training, misses a lot, but yes today it came off. Unbelievable goal."

On if it is his best chance to win the FA Cup in recent years, he added: "The manager said before the game that we are in two competitions, the Premier League and the FA Cup, and we are in no position to slack off in either. Today we won 1-0, seven minutes added on and Burnley pushed with all they had.

"We have to keep pushing and playing our style and if we keep doing so every week in the league and in this cup too we have every chance of success."
