Tottenham winger Ivan Perisic has opened up about his relationship with manager Antonio Conte.
Perisic was a summer signing from Internazionale, arriving on a free transfer.
Perisic has worked with Conte in the past, who helped him adapt as a wing-back in recent years.
Asked about working with Conte during a Champions League pre-game press conference, Perisic stated: “It was tough in the beginning. I changed my position after many years and at the beginning it was a little bit tough.
“But it was OK. I was working hard and now for two and a half years I have played in this position. I think it's not bad but every day we can do better and we have to improve every day."
