Manchester City midfielder David Silva is being lined up for a move to Japan.
Off contract in June, the veteran will leave City at the end of the season - though is determined to play on.
Yahoo Sports says J-League outfit Consadole Sapporo are in contact about bringing Silva to Japan next year.
Silva has a Japanese influence on his mother's side and is keen on the move.
Former Spain teammates Andres Iniesta and David Villa are currently with Vissel Kobe.
