Traitors star reveals he was scammed out of ‘life-changing amount of money’

A The Traitors star has revealed that he was scammed out of “life-changing amount of money” after falling victim to fraudsters.

Sam Little, who featured as a Faithful contestant on the fourth series of the BBC show, has revealed that he lost £40,000 from his cryptocurrency account after he was tricked into calling a fake helpline.

The 40-year-old said the fraudsters used “fear tactics” to access his account. He later felt “sickened” when he researched the phone number and saw it was linked to phishing scams.

“My heart and everything just fell through the floor. By that point, it was too late. They’d emptied everything.”

He said that after much internal debate, he decided to share his story as it would have been “selfish” not to help others who could also fall victim to the scam.
