Trapper Group and Invictus Blue partner in a joint venture to deliver integrated, platform-agnostic solutions for brands in Malaysia.

MALAYSIA’S two leading independent communications groups, Trapper Group and Invictus Blue, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to form a joint venture aimed at creating a new industry model.

The partnership brings both agencies together to deliver integrated solutions for brands through what the companies described as a “single, accountable, platform-agnostic ecosystem”.

The collaboration is intended to provide clients with greater agility, speed and customised go-to-market solutions.

According to a statement, the joint venture is designed to raise industry standards and deliver measurable, scalable growth.

Both companies said the partnership combines deep market expertise with an approach that is “independently local and strategically borderless”.

“Invictus Blue and Trapper Group’s ownership structures remain unchanged, with each entity continuing to operate independently, serving their existing clients and maintaining professional working relationships with media owners and partners locally and globally, while collaborating where it drives greater impact,” the statement read.

The statement added that the joint venture is intended to position both agencies at the forefront of “a more sustainable and progressive future for the industry”.
