Tributes to ‘kind soul’, 17, who was stabbed to death in Essex park

  • Radwan Shakur, 21, from Wembley, north-west London, was found with fatal stab wounds in Central Park, Chelmsford, on Friday evening, and died at the scene despite first responders' efforts.
  • Essex Police have charged Romeo Mfinda, 18, of Widford Chase, Chelmsford, and a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, with Mr Shakur's murder.
  • Both Mfinda and the 17-year-old have also been charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis and possession of a knife in a public place, appearing before Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court.
