MANILA, Philippines — Minutes after Senate President Vicente Sotto was replaced by Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano, former senator Antonio Trillanes appeared at the Senate to serve an arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court against Sen. Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa.
Trillanes was accompanied by officials of the National Bureau of Investigation.
However, some senators refused to allow Trillanes’ group to serve the arrest warrant.
