Petaling Jaya (22 September 2026) – Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or “Group”) continues to strengthen its business operations with the implementation of the Tropicana Integrated Management System (“TIMS”). This 18-month initiative, which will run till end of 2027, is a company-wide framework designed to streamline processes, strengthen governance and enhance organisational performance through a unified management approach.
As part of the Group’s ongoing efforts to drive operational excellence and future-proof its business, TIMS will be bringing together key business functions and management disciplines, such as Project, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Group Corporate Communications, T360 Lifestyle, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal, Administration, Quality Assurance (“QA”), Procurement, Cost & Contract, ESG, Quality (ISO9001:2015), Environmental Management (ISO14001:2026), Occupational Health & Safety (ISO45001:2018), Risk Management and Anti-Bribery practices, within a single integrated framework.
By connecting People, Process and Performance across the organisation, TIMS is designed to reduce duplication, standardise workflows, improve cross-functional collaboration and support more effective decision-making. At its core, TIMS is governed by risk, driven by performance and sustained through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (“PDCA”) cycle, providing a structured approach towards continuous improvement.
