Troyes midfielder Vinicius Souza is delighted joining Espanyol.
Vinicus signs for Espanyol in a straight 12 month loan from his French club. The Brazilian is registered to Manchester City's umbrella company City Football Group.
“I sign a contract with a wonderful team," said Vinicius.
"What has motivated me to come has basically been history.
"I come from a winning club, and my aspiration is to bring that spirit of trying to win every game."
Vinicius has been likened to Roma signing Nemanja Matic.
He added: “I'm flattered, but I want to be Vinicius, although if I look at someone it's Casemiro."
