US President Donald Trump has announced he is to make a "final determination" on the negotiations with Iran.
"I will be meeting now, in the Situation Room, to make a final determination," Trump posted on the Truth Social platform on Friday.
The Situation Room is a command centre in the White House where the US President traditionally meets representatives from the security, military and intelligence services.
Intense negotiations on a framework agreement between the US and Iran have been ongoing for days. According to reports, an agreement is imminent.
However, it remains unclear whether Trump will agree to it. Confirmation from the Iranian leadership is also pending.
