President Donald Trump repeatedly scolded The Independent’s White House correspondent Andrew Feinberg and swatted away his questions during an Oval Office appearance alongside top administration officials on Tuesday (20 October).
“I don’t know who the hell you are but you better be careful,” Trump said at one point.
“Quiet. Quiet! What’s wrong with you?” Trump fired back when asked about plans to overhaul a public golf course in Washington, D.C. “Are you a sick person? I actually think there’s something wrong with you.”
The questions came as Trump and other officials unveiled a program that allows people to get paid if they report suspected fraud in government.
