- The president's remarks follow reports that his administration is preparing new sanctions against the court after it issued an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. During the address, Trump threatened to either make a peace deal or annihilate Iran, prompting the Iranian delegation to walk out of the assembly.
