President Donald Trump refused to say what he uses AI for as he played down the need for more regulation of the technology.
Trump was asked about the danger posed to humanity after whistleblower reports about artificial intelligence going rogue but said AI was “more good than bad and by a lot”.
Trump said he used AI but, when asked what he uses the tech for, the president, who is known for reposting AI slop videos on his Truth Social account, refused to elaborate.
His comments came shortly after America’s biggest AI companies called for a slow down in its rapid advance.
