Tube strikes 2026: When are they taking place and which lines are affected?

  • Members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport (RMT) union plan to walk out from Tuesday 2 June to Wednesday 3 June, and again from Thursday 4 June to Friday 5 June.
  • Transport for London (TfL) anticipates disruption across the entire Tube network, with no service on the Piccadilly and Circle lines, and partial closures on the Metropolitan and Central lines.
  • On Tuesday and Thursday, services on all lines will be significantly affected from midday. Lines that do run will finish early.
  • On Wednesday and Friday, services that are running will begin later. Significant disruption is expected until midday.
  • TfL has advised passengers to check before they travel.
