
Kota Kinabalu: TBBKK (Tunas Asas Bolasepak Bandaraya KK) Football Club will have two teams taking part in the Under-10 and Under-12 categories at the Sarawak International Youth Football Championship 2025 to be held at the Perpaduan Stadium, Kuching, Sarawak starting tomorrow (Saturday).
The club is the sole representative from Sabah and the two-day competition will also feature teams from all over the country as well as Indonesia.
TBBKK FC Chief Executive Officer Mohamed Zaim Ansawi hopes the players will grab the opportunity to learn from the experience and also try their best to get into the finals.

“Our hope is not just to compete, but to advance to the final stage and hopefully emerge as champions,” he said on Thursday.
He also expressed his gratitude to Sabah Football Association (Safa) for their support and the sponsorship from Datuk Ghulam Haidar, Sawit Kinabalu, Sadafiat and others.
Meanwhile, the contingent who left for Kuching on Thursday was led by Zaim and secretary Dayang Samsuah.
Team manager for the Under-12 team is Mohd Azlee Mohd Noor assisted by Saiyful @ Mohd Adzas Safic Awang and the coach is Jul Fazizul Naim with Mohd Khairul Hanaffiah Ag Usli as the assistant.
The Under-10’s team manager meanwhile, is Ahmad Saprawan Roslee and Ronald Jim is the assistant with Razak Rayah as coach assisted by Aattifurahman Takhiyaddin.
