Kota Kinabalu: Another two individuals were charged in the Sessions Court Friday for allegedly being members of the organised crime group “Geng Upik” from 2015 to 2023.
Norsyafilah Pawawoi, 27, and Zulkahar Dusing, 38, were separately brought before Judge Noor Hafizah Mohd Salim to face the charges under Section 130V (1) of the Penal Code.
Norsyafilah and Zulkahar were accused of committing the crime between 2015 and July 28, 2016; and between 2021 and May 3, 2023, here, respectively.
However, no plea was taken from them.
