
Kota Kinabalu: Sabahans won two titles at the Ultimate Armwrestling Championship (UAC) held in Singapore on June 17.
Joffey Jolly captured the lightweight title with a 3-0 win over Joshua Tay from Singapore and Michael Ford also registered a 3-0 victory over Filipino Mark Louis Ben to take the super heavyweight crown.
Two other Sabahans – Jolly Johnson competing in the middle weight category and Calveen Petrus in the heavy weight category failed to win their matches, both losing 0-3 to their opponents Glad Chang from Taiwan and Book Sutiwat respectively.
