Everton have made a move for Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure.
RMC says Watford have rejected a 32m bid from Everton for Doucoure.
The Blues wrapped up the signing of midfielder Jean Philippe-Gbamin last week from Mainz and RMC says they are keen on also adding Doucoure to the ranks at Goodison Park.
Everton are said to be 'very interested' and are set to submit an improved offer.
