The compensation bill due is likely to see Max Allegri keep his job at Juventus.

Allegri is under huge pressure at Juve after Sunday's dismal defeat to Monza.

Tuttosport says Juve face having to pay €45m - net - to sack Allegri, who has a contract to 2025.

It's also suggested should Juve turn to free agents Thomas Tuchel or Mauricio Pochettino, then another €35m would be needed to make their appointment.

Along with the finances involved, Juve would also be reluctant to break recent tradition. Not since 2010 have Juve sacked a coach during the season.
