Salah, however, did not have the best of games, as he missed a penalty and countless other chances.
The Reds in general missed eight big chances and had 21 attempts on goal, but could only score twice.
Post-game, Salah was seen storming down the tunnel in seeming frustration at his own display.
The Reds are battling to save their season and qualify for next season's Champions League.
