
MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission early on Tuesday announced that 4,204 out of 5,634 examinees (74.62 percent) passed the Medical Technologists Licensure Examination (MTLE).
Results were announced five working days after the final day of the licensure exams.
The top 10 passers are:
1. Marti Angela Janagap Policarpio - University of San Agustin (92.90 percent)
2. Mehia John Tan Nawa - University of the Immaculate Conception - Davao (92.40 percent)
3. Chesna Nicole Busgano Trazo - University of the Immaculate Conception - Davao (92.30 percent)
4. Joshua Andrew Diolata Otagan - San Pedro College - Davao City (92 percent)
5. Francis Xavier Morente Amigo - San Pedro College - Davao City (91.90 percent)
6. Daniela Nicole Escasinas Encinares - University of Santo Tomas; Aldrich John Guinto Ishise - Far Eastern University - Manila; Maria Jana Francheska Jocson - FEU-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation; Iris Karn Villarisco Magallanes - University of San Agustin (91.80 percent)
7. Jairoz Kent Bazar Soria - Southwestern University (91.70 percent)
8. Danna Paola Delalamon Sayson - Velez College (91.60 percent)
9. Joselyn Camasura Makilan Jr. - University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (91.40 percent)
10. Lyle Josh Castillo Secapuri - University of San Agustin (91.30 percent)
The MTLE was held from Aug. 15 and 16, 2026 in testing centers in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga, with results released on Monday.
