In a shocking twist to an unfolding tragedy, the police have revealed that 6-year-old Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matiin was murdered.
This was confirmed by Selangor police chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan, reported Harian Metro.
This comes after the post-mortem found evidence of injuries on Zayn’s neck and body, reported Kosmo.
The case is now being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
Zayn, who went missing on Tuesday, was found dead near a river located 200 metres from his home in Damansara Damai last night.
