  • The US initiative was reportedly delivered to Iran via Pakistan.
  • President Donald Trump said Tuesday that Iran has agreed to never have a nuclear weapon amid reported negotiations to end the war.
  • “They’ve agreed to that,” he told reporters. “We’re in negotiations right now. The other side, I can tell you, they'd like to make a deal. Who wouldn't if you were them?”
  • He also said that Iran “gave us a present,” stating, “The present arrived today, and it was a very big present, worth a tremendous amount of money. It wasn't nuclear, it was oil-and gas-related, and it was a very nice thing they did."
