Kota Kinabalu: A used car dealer was charged in the Magistrate’s Court for damaging someone else’s car.

Tay Kian Min, 42, pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Dzul Elmy Yunus to committing mischief by damaging the bonnet of Toyota Innova belonging to Tay Chiew Mei on Feb 15, this year, at 6pm, at a house in Jalan Saga, here.

In another case, a 23-year-old man was charged with trespassing into a premises in Karamunsing Complex. Carpenter Jerry Yap allegedly trespassed into the Syarikat Tay shop belonging to one Tay Boon Hong on Feb 15, at 9.55pm.
