Manchester United star Daniel James has revealed he has never been approached by England.
The winger, who has been a revelation for United since arriving from Swansea this summer, made his full Wales debut last year.
Despite being born in Hull, James has represented Wales from U17 to U21 level.
"[My father] took me to a camp in north Wales when I was 12. Ever since then I've always played for Wales age groups growing up," James said.
"I can't say England have ever tried to pick me."
