Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits he's yet to make a decision over the club captaincy.
However, he has confirmed Ashley Young will have the armband in the interim.
After victory over Perth Glory, he said: "It hasn't [been confirmed yet].
"We've got quite a few possibilities there and when the season starts we'll announce. We'll have a good assessment, see how pre-season goes and there we go.
"But as you saw, Ashley Young will wear it [for the time being] when he's playing."
