Arsenal youngster Tyreece John-Jules is growing in confidence from his performances with the club's U23 side.
The exciting forward scored twice in a 2-1 win over Leicester City on Saturday.
He told the club's website: "It boosts my confidence and I haven't scored too many so far this season and I needed a kickstart and hopefully I can keep scoring as we go into the season."
John-Jules was also used a few different positions against the Foxes, which he believes helps his overall game.
He added: "It's good for my development, it's always good to play in different positions, whether that's as a 10 or wide or at No 9, it's good and I'll carry on doing it for the team."
