Italy coach Roberto Mancini is calling up Vasco da Gama fullback Lucas Piton.
Vasco have announced the young defender will be joining Mancini's squad next month for the Nations League semifinal against Spain.
Piton only moved to Vasco this year and has dual Italian and Brazilian citizenshp.
The fullback has been followed by Fiorentina over the past 12 months.
Mancini called up Tigre striker Mateo Retegui for the last international window.
