Hari Raya Aidilfitri appears to have gotten far more joyous this year than in prior years. This is due to communities taking the initiative and working together to make Hari Raya in their neighbourhoods more vibrant than before.

An example, was the Hari Raya parade organised by residents of a Johor Bahru suburb, as seen in a video shared by the official BERNAMA X account.

According to Bernama, The citizens of Kampung Sungai Tiram in Johor Bahru performed Hari Raya Aidilfitri prayer while parading by driving on a range of decorated trucks.

In the video clip, Hari Raya prayers have been heard as a queue of decorated lorries drove along the road.

Most of the trucks were adorned to resemble mosques and were beautifully outfitted with brightly coloured lights that made them sparkle in the darkness of night.
