- Fire crews utilised their engine's ladder to reach the puppy, which had become trapped in the chimney.
- The puppy, named Slack by the fire department, was safely brought to the ground.
- Slack was subsequently taken to a shelter, where it is receiving medical care and remains following the rescue.
