The initial debut sees the ViewBoard Interactive Flat Panels 41 Series, which go from 65-inch all the way up to 86-inch, along with the massive Foldable 138-inch All-in-One LED display offered in various price tiers for different budges, while payment structure is set up to be including a 0% installment option over 12 months, while longer 24-month and 36-month plans are there if organizations want to spread things out further, which naturally makes it easier to scale depending on budget and deployment size.

The displays also come with DLA-certified Android systems, high-performance processing, immersive audio, and wireless content sharing, while the foldable LED option is clearly meant for larger, more impactful visual setups that still need some level of deployment flexibility.

The packages also come with ready-to-use accessories like a slim trolley cart and a WiFi module included, while customers in Klang Valley also get free delivery and professional installation, alongside a three-year on-site warranty that helps reduce long-term risk.

At the same time, ViewSonic is packaging it as a full-service experience where they handle delivery, installation, maintenance, ICT lifecycle support, managed services, refurbishment, and logistics, as well as continuous technical support, managed services, and even complimentary online training sessions three times a year aimed at making sure organizations actually get the most out of the system instead of underutilizing it.

From ViewSonic Malaysia’s perspective, Chaw Foo Hong frames this as a response to how workplaces and classrooms are evolving, where flexibility and scalability matter more than ever, and this model lets organizations adopt more advanced display ecosystems without locking themselves into large upfront spending.

So overall, the new strategy aligns with recent businesses and institutions trying to be more careful with spending, and ViewSonic is essentially offering a way to modernize workspaces and classrooms without the usual financial strain, while still keeping long-term ownership in the picture.
