Former Aston Villa manager Dean Smith met current boss Unai Emery on Sunday.
The two were brought together by Sky Sports' coverage of Villa's game against West Ham United at Villa Park.
As the Midlands club ran away 4-1 winners at home against the Hammers, Smith interviewed Emery on the pitch as part of his punditry duties.
After a handshake, Emery said "thanks for everything" before Smith asked him questions.
On being so good at home, Emery said: "I always thought to be organized and for [games] to be special here at Villa Park. Because here with our supporters, we can feel the connection with us, full energy, positive energy.
"We have to be connected with them as well, to try and do something on the pitch, and I think we can feel strong like that."
