Defender Alex Moreno has shown his appreciation for Aston Villa fans this week.
The left-back sustained a hamstring injury in a 1-1 draw against Liverpool in May.
Having not played for the Midlands club since, Moreno is now closing in on full fitness.
This week, he took to social media to thank fans for their messages of support.
Moreno posted a video where he said: Hello Villa fans, thank you for the messages I received, I am much better and I will be back soon."
Manager Unai Emery admitted last week that Moreno has suffered a small setback in his recovery.
