Per The Athletic, United are priced out of a move for Tottenham star Harry Kane.
They are also targeting the likes of Victor Osimhen, Rasmus Hojlund, and Goncalo Ramos.
However, Watkins may be seen as a safe signing, given he has proven his worth in the Premier League.
