Villarreal coach Pacheta has set out his playing plans for the season.
Pacheta will debut as Villarreal coach on Sunday against Almeria.
He said, "We've only arrived recently, but I think we've had time to give them information and we should be able to see some of the ideas we have for the match against Almera.
We want our team to enjoy itself, but we also want them to make us enjoy ourselves. And that enjoyment is not incompatible with hard work."
On Almeria, he also said: This match is the most important one. We are only thinking about this one. They are a very good team, very fast, with young players and a head coach who knows how to handle these situations and the division. We have to be very attentive, as they have a lot of talent in every part of the pitch. They are a strong team, even if they have few points. They have deserved more than what they have got. We have to be very attentive in this match.
We have to stop Almeria's speed and not let them run and, of course, be in control of the game with the ball. That's the key."
