Villarreal coach Quique Setien admits their Europa Conference League elimination is tough to take.

He appeared before the media to analyse the UEFA Conference League elimination against Anderlecht (0-1): It's a painful elimination. We were not outplayed. We generated enough, we played in the opposition's half and the game wasn't for us.
"All the chances we created didn't lead to a goal. There are not many explanations."
Despite the defeat, Setin affirms that the Submarine were superior overall in the tie, but were unsuccessful in front of goal: They had their moments and they took advantage of them.
"We were better in almost everything in the overall tie, except for the most important thing, which is scoring."
