Tottenham's set-piece specialist coach Gianni Vio is set for a stay at the club.
Spurs let go of interim manager Cristian Stellini on Monday after a miserable result against Newcastle United away from home.
After losing 6-1 to the Magpies, where they were 5-0 down in less than 25 minutes, Spurs parted company with Stellini.
Per the Evening Standard, Ryan Mason will take charge until the season concludes.
He will be helped by several coaches, of whom Vio is now the only one who was a part of previous permanent boss Antonio Conte's staff.
Vio had previously been with Italy, helping his nation to win Euro 2020.
