RANAU: A viral video purportedly of a kidnapper in Kundasang being arrested was actually an alleged wannabe car thief, Ranau police said.
The man had tried to flee someone else’s vehicle where schoolchildren happened to be inside.
Members of the public helped the police arrest the man who acted aggressively.
