One must-see spot on the island is Dataran Lang, famous for its giant eagle statue.
This impressive statue, with its wings spread wide, is located next to Kuah Jetty and offers amazing views.
However, Dataran Lang is currently closed for upgrades.
The Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) announced that the upgrade work started on February 29 and, as of April 15, the area is completely closed until further notice.
