
PENAMPANG: A viral video showing a man kept under civilian arrest after being caught stealing in Donggongon was an old video, said district police.
Its chief, DSP Sammy Newton, said the four-minute video resurfaced on social media Monday morning.
“Investigations revealed that the case happened in May which has been solved.
“However, there were irresponsible people who re-uploaded the video much to the anxiety of the public.
